The International Biennial Poster Design Terras Gauda – Francisco Mantecón Competition 2024 presents a prestigious opportunity for designers and artists around the globe to showcase their creativity and skill in poster design. Hosted by the esteemed Bodegas Terras Gauda in Spain, this competition has carved a niche for itself in the world of art and design, attracting participants who are eager to make their mark. The challenge is to create posters that, while open in theme, ideally encapsulate the essence of the organizer’s white Albariño wines: Terras Gauda and Abadía de San Campio. This unique approach encourages entrants to explore and express the corporate identity of Bodegas Terras Gauda through their artistic vision, making it a test of both creativity and ability to communicate brand values effectively.

Each participant is allowed to submit a maximum of two posters, offering a platform to display versatility and breadth in design. The requirement for submissions includes a dual-format presentation: a physical copy printed and mounted on a 50 x 70 cm foam board and a digital version saved in high resolution on a USB. This submission criterion ensures that the artworks are not only visually appealing but also versatile for various applications, from print to digital media. The competition not only celebrates the artistic talent but also bridges the gap between art and commercial branding, highlighting the role of design in marketing and brand identity.

The International Biennial Poster Design Terras Gauda – Francisco Mantecón Competition 2024 stands out in the international art and design landscape for its commitment to fostering creativity and innovation in poster design. By providing a free-to-enter platform, it invites a diverse array of talents from individuals aged 18 and over, regardless of their professional background or geographical location. This inclusivity enriches the competition with a wide range of perspectives and styles, elevating the standard and diversity of submissions.
