Eligibility
Open to photographers worldwide, with specific categories tailored for professionals, students aged 18–30 enrolled in photography programs, and youth aged 19 and under.
Prize
Winners of the Sony World Photography Awards 2026 will receive a range of prestigious prizes. The overall Professional competition winner will be awarded $25,000, a solo exhibition at the Sony World Photography Awards London exhibition the following year, top Sony digital imaging equipment, and global press exposure. Category winners and shortlisted photographers will also receive Sony equipment, inclusion in the annual book and exhibitions, certificates, and promotion through the World Photography Organisation’s platforms.
