Organised by the Foam Magazine, the Foam Talent Call is one of the photographic industry's most prestigious contests for young photographers all over the world. It is a career building platform, helping to launch aspiring talents into the international photography industry and giving them international acclaim and recognition.

This year marks the 13th anniversary of the award, which over the past decade has identified and launched hundreds of emerging photographers from around the world.

Participants are invited to submit two series of work. The series should include 8-10 images per project, but no more than 20 images in total and should be submitted with project descriptions and a CV.

There is no set theme for the projects being submitted for the Talent Call. The two series you submit should be representative of your artistic practice.

The editorial board will choose the portfolios according to the creative vision and concept of the series presented. The selection procedure will take place between March and June 2019.

There is an entry fee of 35 Euro (approx. 40 USD).

Eligibility

Open to young photographers between 18 and 35 years old from all over the world.

Prize

Selected photographers will gain international exposure and recognition within the photography industry through a number of career-building opportunities offered by the award, including publication in Foam Magazine, participation in a traveling group exhibition and the opportunity for their work to be added to the prestigious Art Collection Deutsche Börse.
