Now in its 10th year, the Epson International Pano Awards is dedicated to the art of panoramic photography. All images must be panoramic format, defined as a minimum 2:1 ratio (long side : short side).
There are two categories:
• Nature / Landscapes
Entries in the Nature categories must be predominantly of natural subjects, although some man made objects within image are accepted.
• Built Environment / Architecture
Entries in the Built Environment categories must be predominantly of man-made subjects, although some natural subjects within the image are accepted.
Images may be from single capture or stitching software, film or digital capture, but must be 100% photographic in origin.
There is no restriction on the date of origin of entries, or on the number of entries per entrant, however images entered in previous Epson International Pano Awards competitions are not permitted.
Entrants retain full ownership of the copyright in each entry.
Entry fees start at 18 USD per image. Earlybird entries close on July 9th, 2017.
Eligibility
Open to all professional and amateur photographers worldwide.
Prize
Total prize pool worth over 50,000 USD, including 12,000 USD cash.
Moreover, all Gold Award winners in Open and Amateur will receive a year membership to the IAPP valued at 75 USD. All Open Gold winners will also be considered for portfolio review by Michelle Novak and Doug Segal for a potential contract with PanoramicImages.com
