Meragra is a design competition for the Indian city of Agra - the home of the Taj Mahal.

The city of Agra attracts more than 2.5 million domestic and foreign visitors annually, and to enhance the experience of the visitors and for creating a sense of belonging amongst citizens of India, the Uttar Pradesh government is undertaking a project to create an identity for this vibrant city.

Give a visualization of your view of the city, which speaks of multiple facets of its people, culture, monuments, industries, food, crafts and history. Each submission must include poster, logo and slogan.

There are two categories:

• Below 18 years of age
• Above 18 years of age

There is no restrictions on the designing software used or craft materials (crayons, watercolors etc.) for creating the poster. Only original artwork would be considered.

There is no entry fee.

Eligibility

This competitions is open to anyone worldwide.

Prize

• 1st Prize: INR 300,000 (approx. 4,740 USD)
• 1st Runners Up: INR 200,000 (approx. 3,160 USD)
• Finalists (3): INR 100,000 (approx. 1,580 USD)
