Open only to post-secondary students in Canada, there is a total of $7500 CAD to be awarded to students in Advertising, Design, Photography and Illustration.

Applied Arts has always been a champion of young talent, stressing the important role youth play in energizing the creative community. Thus Applied Arts has consistently recognized, supported and celebrated the work of students, particularly through the Applied Arts Student Awards and Creative Futures programs.

The Applied Arts Scholarships have three different assignment options:

• Advertising
• Design
• Image (Photography / Illustration)

To apply, students must complete an assignment and meet the conditions of eligibility. Only digital submissions are accepted.

There is no entry fee.

Prize

The scholarships award a total of $7,500 CAD. A first-place winner ($1,500) and runner-up ($1,000) will be chosen for each assignment option.

Winners and runners-up will be selected by Applied Arts and an independent selection committee of senior-level creative professionals, and will be contacted by fall 2018.
