The World Food Photography Awards sponsored by Tenderstem® Bimi® Broccolini is the biggest celebration of food photography in the world.

Known previously as the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year, this competition is regarded as the Oscars of food photography.

The competition is not just for traditional food photographers. With 25 categories, the Awards recognise the diversity of ways in which food touches lives and celebrate all food stories, in whatever style of photography they are captured. Food-related captures by travel, landscape, portrait, street, reportage, wedding and all other photographers are all welcome.

Each category provides an opportunity for photographers to explore themes: from Street Food, Food in the Field and Food Portraiture, to the Politics of Food, Food for Celebration and Food for the Family.

The competition generates considerable exposure and recognition for its participants, with winners and finalists gaining international acclaim through exhibitions, extensive international media coverage and online profiles.

The event culminates in a grand VIP Awards Evening at the Mall Galleries in London, which all finalists are invited to. This is followed by a free-to-enter exhibition at the Mall Galleries featuring all finalist images.

Entry fee: £35 for up to 6 images; £7 for each additional image; free for students and under-18s.

    Eligibility

Open to professional and amateur photographers of all ages worldwide.
