The TIPA Photo Contest CamerAmore 2026 is an international photography competition organized by the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA), one of the most influential global organizations in the imaging and photography industry. The contest is designed to celebrate the emotional, creative, and practical relationship between photographers and their photographic equipment, highlighting how cameras, lenses, and imaging tools become an extension of the photographer’s vision. CamerAmore positions itself as both a creative challenge and an industry-recognized platform, connecting photographers with leading photo editors, journalists, and professionals from TIPA member publications worldwide.
Through CamerAmore 2026, participants are invited to submit original photographs that visually interpret the theme of “love for the camera” across clearly defined categories. The competition emphasizes storytelling, originality, and visual impact, encouraging photographers to go beyond technical excellence and express how photographic gear inspires creativity, passion, and personal expression. By focusing on the bond between the photographer and their equipment, the contest appeals to both professional and advanced amateur photographers who want to showcase meaningful, concept-driven work rather than purely commercial imagery.
In addition to being a creative showcase, the TIPA Photo Contest CamerAmore 2026 offers significant international exposure. Winning and shortlisted images are reviewed by an expert jury composed of editors and imaging specialists from TIPA’s global network and are featured across TIPA media channels and member publications. This makes CamerAmore not only a photography contest, but also a career-enhancing opportunity that places participants’ work in front of an influential international audience within the photography, camera, and visual storytelling communities.
