For more than 80 years, Nikon’s legendary NIKKOR lenses have helped photographers focus on what inspires them. Now we want to see what inspires you.

Each month through December, we're holding a photo contest with a unique theme. Learn about the theme, upload your best photo to Flickr, then submit its URL during the submission period. Our judges’ top pick from each theme will win a pro-caliber NIKKOR FX-Format lens.

• Sports & Action
• Landscape
• Portrait
• Zoom & Telephoto

Each entrant may upload one Submission per Entry Period during each Submission Phase. Winners will be determined during each Entry Period’s Judging Phase by a panel of qualified judges based on the following judging criteria:

• Creativity/Originality (30 points)
• Image Quality of Submission (35 points)
• Fit to Theme (35 points)

There is no entry fee.

Eligibility

Nikon Inspirations Photo Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

• Landscape Prize: An AF–S NIKKOR 14–24mm f/2.8G ED lens. ARV: $1,999.95.
