Young photojournalists aged between 18 and 33 are eligible to participate.

The contest offers substantial rewards, with the top prize being 700,000 rubles (approximately $7,588). Additionally, there are awards for the first, second, and third places, amounting to 125,000, 100,000, and 75,000 rubles respectively.
