Open worldwide to professionally designed products, services, projects or experiences designed, Australia's annual Good Design Awards program is one of the longest standing and most prestigious design awards in the world, promoting excellence in design and innovation since 1958.
Their mission is to showcase superior examples of good design across a broad range of industries and design disciplines. The Good Design Awards has one of the most diverse ranges of design categories in the world, spanning seven main design disciplines across 25 entry categories.

The Good Design Awards also includes the Young Australian Design Awards, a national design award for young Australian designers, engineers, innovators and entrepreneurs.
Entry fee for the Social Innovation category is 150 AUD (approx. 113 USD). The cost for all other categories is 450 AUD (approx. 340 USD).
Eligibility
Open to professionally designed products, services, projects or experiences designed in Australia or overseas.
The entry must be available on the market prior to the announcement of the Awards at the Good Design Awards Presentation Ceremony. Prototypes, off-tool samples or products, services or projects still under development or construction are not eligible to enter.
Prize
Winners will have widespread exposure via mainstream media, digital and social media channels, Vivid Sydney exhibitions and national and international trade fairs and exhibitions.
Moreover, exclusive networking opportunities and exposure to a wide range of Australian and international designers and business leaders through celebratory events and design conferences.
