Art on Climate International Illustration Competition 2026 is an international creative competition inviting visual responses to the theme of climate change. Organised by Fingertips Company Limited and sponsored by Allianz Global Investors, the competition uses illustration and short animated video to translate climate issues into accessible visual stories.

The 2026 edition asks participants to develop original works connected to climate change, with suggested reference topics including decarbonisation, biodiversity, just transition, climate innovation and collective action for a sustainable legacy. The competition is designed for creators who want to communicate environmental challenges and possible solutions through strong, immediate visual language.

Submissions are accepted in two categories: Illustration Category and Animated Video Category. Illustration entries may use media such as painting, computer software or mixed media, but must be colour flat images, while animated videos must be 10 to 15 seconds long; in both cases, works must be original, unpublished and accompanied by a short description.

Entry fee: No entry fee is required; participants are responsible for any costs involved in preparing and submitting their works.

    Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 or above on May 17, 2026, worldwide, entering individually with original climate-change-themed illustrations or animated videos that have not been published, used, awarded or submitted to another competition; employees and household members of the sponsor, organiser and their affiliates are excluded.
