Identifying good design since 1955, the Red Dot Design Award received more than 16,500 applications from 70 countries in 2014 alone. Making the competition one of the biggest and most prestigeous design awards worldwide.
There are 31 categories to choose from. The categories are deliberately wide to ensure that your imagination is not limited. Think beyond the conventional list that is provided and define new innovations and explanations.

Every year, this gala of international design attracts hundreds of guests from the design, media and industry who come to make important contacts. It is a night of celebration and an important highlight in the design calendar.
