Organised by the Samford University, the 918 Letterpress Ephemera Show is calling all letterpress enthusiasts to submit their entries for a chance to become part of the permanent collection at Samford University, to inspire students for years to come and to win prizes. You can enter any letterpress printed ephemera such as: • greeting cards • posters • pamphlets • postcards • tickets • zines Hand set type, photopolymer, wood cuts, and lino cuts are all welcome entries. No framed or matted work will be accepted. Work will be judged on uniqueness and quality of craftsmanship and printing. You may submit up to four works for consideration. Submit only quality .jpg images, between 400k and 4meg in size. There is no entry fee. Eligibility: All letterpress enthusiasts from all over the world are welcome to submit their entries. Prize: If your work is accepted in the show, it will become part of the permanent collection at Samford University. The work will be used to help inspire students for years to come. We also have some great prizes you can win. Everyone in the show will receive a 918 Letterpress Show Poster. Moreover, everyone in the show will published on the website and in the exhibition catalog.
