Organised by Celsys, a Japanese graphics software company, the 26th International Illustration Contest is open to anyone worldwide and each participant may submit one or more illustrations on the theme: The Best Smile. Both digital and traditional artwork entries are permitted. Submissions may be created with any software\/app. You can submit illustrations of any size, but the recommend size is A4 at 300 dpi (2480 x 3508 pixels). You can also submit smartphone-size images of 854 x 480 pixels. There is no entry fee. Eligibility: Open to illustrators from around the world. Prize: The Grand Prize: will receive 200,000 JPY (approx. 1,932 USD) cash prize and Clip Studio Paint EX Activation Code.
