Operae Design Festival Call for Designers
Operae is an international festival of independent and self-made design, to be held from October 11 to 13, 2013, in Torino, Italy. A trade-exhibition with meetings, debates, workshops and a massive networking for getting Italian and international designers in touch with professionals and visitors.
As it reaches its fourth edition, Operae has become a key appointment in the Italian design’s calendar. A real performing stage for young designers and new talents, as well as for well-known designers. This year Operae widens its appointments dedicated to contemporary design, its relation to society, economy and obviously Italy and its future. A special attention will be paid to the international experiences: Operae has always been interested in promoting knowledge and comparing local and global trends.
Operae organizers are therefore calling for designers, design studios, handicraft designers, makers and graphic designers from all over the world to participate in the fourth edition and display their self-production.
The limited number of stands requires a selection of all applicants interested in participating to the event. Once received, all application forms will be evaluated by a committee and sent back to confirm participation.
All designers, design studios, handicraft designers, makers and graphic designers are welcome to apply.
